Title: Persian Cucumber Dip

Yield: 1 Servings

1cPlain yogurt
1smOnion -- grated
1smCuke -- peeled and diced
1/4cEACH raisins and chopped
  Fresh mint leaves
  Salt to taste
1 Pd
  Pita bread

Combine all ingredients except bread and chill up to 72 hrs. Cut pitas into triangles and toast under broiler; use as dippers. Makes 2 Cups dip. Posted by SSG SPEAR
